The reference design helps democratize frontier humanoid robotics research by providing access to advanced hardware and open software without proprietary platforms. 2. MiniMax releases M3 model with 1M-token context window and open-weight architecture
MiniMax officially launched its M3 AI model on June 1, 2026, positioning it as the first open-weight model to combine frontier-level coding capabilities, a 1-million-token context window, and native multimodal processing in a single architecture.
